Hourly rates start at $65 per hour and may increase depending upon any reasonably anticipated escalation of danger. Flat rates are ocassionally considered depending upon the circumstances of the work desired.
Lower rates in criminal matters are available through NYC 18B assigned cases. If you are an 18B member attorney or a defendant and or family member using a court appointed attorney under the NYC 18B Plan, click below on the "18B info," tab.
Civil Matters:
Car accidents, falls, workers compensation and similar. Extensive effort conducted for locating witnesses and or their statments regarding the occurrence. Creativity used in reviewing the occurrence from several points of view. Information generally documented where litigation is expected.
