As a defendant or family member, you should ask your attorney to inquire about the use of an investigator. Attorney members of the plan who seek to use investigative services should forward their request by E-MAIL with the information below (1 thru 6 )

1- Company name, address, telephone and fax numbers
2- Attorneys' full name
3- County and court of action (Supreme/Criminal)
4- Defendants name as indicated on complaint
5- Highest charge against defendant
6- Docket and or indictment numbers
Shortly after receipt, a completed investigative order form will be returned by E-MAIL. It should be taken to the presiding judge for signing and faxed back to Access Diversified Investigations, Inc. You will be contacted shortly thereafter.
